In the unlikely event that any product from The Rabbit Company fails to work within the 5 year limited warranty period due to a defect in workmanship or materials, we will, at our discretion, replace your product with the same or similar product.
Warranty claims must be made within 5 years of the date of original purchase. The product in question must be registered with The Rabbit Company during this 5-year period, and a valid proof of purchase is required.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear of parts, personal preferences, damage caused by misuse, loss, abuse or negligent handling. It also does not apply to any unit that has been subject to tampering.
The Rabbit Company does not require that the defective item be returned. However, we do ask that you dispose of the item in a responsible manner, and in accordance with your local guidelines. Rabbit Company items contain Lithium-Ion batteries, and can be harmful to the environment if not disposed of properly.
Due to the intimate and personal nature of the products, we do not have any kind of satisfaction guarantee and no medical claims are implied or warranted by the use of this product.
Rabbit Company products are not intended for medical use and have not been clinically tested. Discontinue use if any pain, irritation or discomfort occurs. To avoid injury or aggravation of pre-existing conditions, this device should not be used on swollen or inflamed areas or skin.
The Rabbit Company reserves the right to send you a comparable replacement item should the defective item not be available. Additionally, replacement items DO NOT come with the same 5-year warranty. The Rabbit Company is under no obligation to replace a replacement item should you experience further issues.
